"I booked in the morning of and the staff was really lovely and accomodating to get me in on such short notice. I had never gone before but driven past and thought the salon looked really fancy - I also met the owner once randomly when I was getting my nails done and she was super lovely and showed me the instagram page (which also looked amazing). Basically, I wanted to fix up a super outgrown balayage and lighten things up a bit. I knew it was going to take ages because my hair is extremely thick (and my natural colour at my roots is dark brown/ black). Britney helped me that day and her skills blew me away - I literally walked out feeling like I had a celebrity hair cut. I can’t believe how light she got me and how healthy my hair felt (and still feels!). My hair has never been this nice. I really put her to work that day and the service she provided was exceptional - from the consulting, to the application of foils, cut and just her warmth and personal skills were all outstanding. She made sure I was comfortable, grabbed me anything I needed, and was very attentive with my hair. Plus the hot chocolate she made was incredible. I’m not one to usually post lengthy reviews, but I feel like this salon and Britney absolutely deserve it. I’m already excited to go back and see how Britney’s going to improve my hair even further. Also, I think the pricing was very reasonable and the staff gave me great recommendations for products and styling tips!"

"I’ve been living in Brisbane for 5 years now and have been on the hunt to find a reliable hairdresser to go to regularly. I have been let down multiple times from other salons where they don’t listen to what I want and don’t come to a good balance with what I want and what we can do with my hair. I saw Brooke on her first day back from MAT leave and you can tell she loves what she does and she’s so flipping good at it. I felt so comfortable in the salon and Brooke was so kind the entire time. Already booked in again for 3months time. Could not recommend Coco & Pastel as well as Brooke enough!!!!"

"Every time I come to Coco and Pastel, I always get the best treatment! Good vibes, amazing staff and a nice coffee. I always get my haircut here and this time around, I decided to get foils done. My consult with Cristiana was so detailed because she wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and she delivered! Georga also helped with the foils and even gave me a referral to a mechanic. You walk out of this place feeling loved and looking beautiful."
