"I booked this place on a recommendation for being quick and affordable, two things I need as a new mother. This place, however, is a joke. I was kept waiting for half an hour without even an apology. The lady then starts grabbing my hair without discussing a plan for colour, which I requested at the time of booking (we had agreed on a length). She informs me she doesn’t have time to colour, just cut. Why accept my booking if you can only do half the job? In addition, there was hair left all over my station, she didn’t check to see if I’d signed in and nobody wore masks. What an absolute waste of my time. I’ve never experienced anything like it."
