"Please stay away from this Beauty Hub, I went there with my sister today we had such a bad experience, it was out first time in there the lady who did our threading was so rough and painful when we asked to do it gently after that also she was doing soo roughly and she said that it is rough because we have too many hair but that wasn't the case, when we asked to fix eyebrows properly she made my sister's eyebrows so uneven she made one eyebrow in arched shape and another was in a round shape for this work the price was high as well. Then I did my eyebrows with her I asked her to fix the remaining brows as it wasn't done properly she did it but again too rough. I had to go home and fix it my self because it wasn't done. Anyway never going back there. Save your money girls. You can find a better place for your brows."

"I have been getting eye brows n other threading services from beauty hub Indooroopilly since 3 yrs +. I had such horrible experience from past times with same girl, I think name is nitu but not too sure. Cuts all over, second time I had a function to attend and I told her to be gentle ,she started ok but she is in a rush or God knows she feels she is doing on leather. It's horrible, never visiting again till they don't keep a better service provider."

"I had a terrible experience here about 2 months ago. Before going away, I booked in here (first time) for lash lift and tint, eyebrow wax and lamination. The follwing is from the email I sent to Beauty Hub the day after the treatment: Eyebrows - lamination and waxing There was no consultation before the waxing started, so they did not ask what I wanted done. They also did not let me take a look at my brows during the process to see if it was what I wanted. My brows have turned out uneven, one is noticably thinner than the other. The laminating was done after the waxing and I think this has irritated my skin. The area stung when the laminating was done and when they were brushing my brows. The area is painful and red today. There was no aftercare instructions given on how to look after brow lamination, I am lucky I know not to get them wet for 24 hours. Lashes - lift and tint The lashes are lifted unevenly. One is a lot tighter than the other. Again no aftercare was given on how to preserve the lash lift, I am lucky I have had this done before. I was only shown results at the end of the service which means it's too late to ask for changes to be done. I paid $168 for services I am not happy with, and am providing feedback so your staff can receive better training on the consultation process, customer service and providing adequate aftercare instructions. The response from Beauty Hub was thanking me for my feedback and to come in for them it "fix it". My resonse to this was: My eyebrow hairs are completely fried, and the skin around them are too sensitive, swollen and painful for anyone to touch it right now. I am also not sure what can be done to fix the issues because too much hair has been taken from my brows and I am worried about the damage that could be done to my lashes if they are treated with chemicals again. I did not get a response to this email. I wasn't going to leave a review about this until I went back to my normal waxer yesterday. (I unfortunately wasn't able to book in with them before my holiday). My waxer explained that even though it has been 2 months since the incident, the skin around my eyebrows it still recovering. She explained that my skin may get irritated again and that there might be further damage. She used sensitive wax to help minimise the likelihood, and only waxed the areas once, but I am still left with irritated, red, sore skin, and lines of skin that have ripped off around my brows. I have been getting my brows waxed for almost 20 years, and I have never had anything like this happen to me before. I have also had my regular waxer for a while now, and she's never damaged my skin. I have so many regrets, I wish I had never booked the appointment at Beauty Hub."

"Nitu did an excellent job! I have the most sensitive skin and she was extremely patient with me and was understanding whenever I needed to take a break while she’s threading. She was very gentle and did such a clean job."
