Our therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes long and can be scheduled on a weekly or fortnightly basis. However, unlike traditional therapy, our approach is aimed at ultimately ending the therapy process. There is no obligation to continue sessions, and you are free to book whenever you feel the need.
