At Grand Hair Co, we understand the value of your time and ours. As a small business, last-minute cancellations or rescheduling can have a significant impact on our operations. Therefore, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you wish to cancel or change your appointment. To ensure effective communication, our text message service will send you a reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please respond within 24 hours to confirm or cancel your reservation. For longer appointment times, a $50 deposit is required to secure your spot, which will be credited towards your booking.

If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a new appointment. However, if you confirm and fail to show up, the deposit will be forfeited. In such cases, future appointments will require full payment at the time of booking. Additionally, arriving more than 5 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, with the forfeiture of the $50 deposit.

In the rare event that Grand Hair Co needs to reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reduce the cost of your appointment by $50 as a gesture of fairness and understanding.

To streamline our payment process, we accept cash or EFTPOS payments prior to or at the time of your appointment. We do not offer accounts. Our mission at Grand Hair Co is to provide you with a professional and satisfactory hair styling service. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your hair, please contact Amanda within 3 days of your service. We will be more than happy to make any necessary revisions within 7 days of the original appointment. After 7 days, regular fees will apply.
