"Major language barrier here - I booked an appointment for "Quarter head foils" When I got there, I explained that I was after a highlight on my dark blonde natural colour, but not too blonde, and mentioned that I was unhappy with previous foils form a different hair salon, as it turned out stripy. I also mentioned that due the my hair being extra fine, that less than quarter head would probably be better, but left it up to her to decide how many. Next thing - she is talking about what I thought was full head of foils, and I asked how much that would cost, she came back with $135 so I agreed, as she showed me a colour sample that looked ok. What she did was a full colour - not foils, however I was unaware of this until she had already started, so too late. End result - basically dark auburn colour that looks quite red on the top. Also my hair has never felt so lifeless and flat. Very disappointed, won't be back!"
