I am Rose, and I am delighted to have you here on our website. I have a deep passion for my work and find immense joy in witnessing people embark on a journey towards a more balanced state of being and happiness.

Through our Holistic and Transpersonal Counselling and mentoring, we can assist you in releasing issues and patterns that no longer serve you.

For those seeking personal and spiritual growth, we provide various styles of meditation classes, energy healing sessions, and transformative workshops. These workshops offer tools and life skills that can bring about profound transformation. If you are interested in learning to heal yourself and others, we also offer the Usui system of Reiki Training, including Reiki 1, 2, and Masters.

Sometimes, taking time out from the world we know can be incredibly beneficial. Our retreats offer the perfect opportunity to relax, rejuvenate, and go deeper within yourself. These retreats can nourish your heart, mind, body, and spirit, aiding you in finding balance, wholeness, and authenticity.
