"Hey everyone!! If you hoping for an emergency services for your treatment I won’t be recommending you that as I have been there for almost 7-8 hours and still waiting for my friend’s treatment . No doctor has concerns for the emergency people as some are waiting for from morning 9am and they still waiting till 7:40pm. It’s really ridiculous behaviour from the mercy hospital. They should make some changes for this kind of behaviour and if they have written as emergency for any treatment. It’s should be attended immediately. So if anyone who’s hoping that emergency as the fastest way please don’t think as it’s not really an emergency."

"Absolutely ineffective, delayed, ridiculous administrative systems currently in place. Our recent experience at emergency and the short stay unit makes me wonder how many patients suffer severe consequences because of lack of effective, appropriate and administrative processes in place. Medical staff was great. Doctors and nurses are run off their feet and juggling a million tasks at once with very little support."

"Horrible emergency service, no one to attend and we were there the whole night without any doctors. If you can’t run a reasonable emergency service handover to people who are capable of doing it. I saw several people left frustrated after staying for several hours with out any doctor to attend them."

"Very slow service, I think they don’t have enough staff to take patients on time. People are usually sitting in the waiting area for almost two hours before they get called by nurses. That’s what Dan Andrew gave us, more than enough debt so our next 5 generations will be keep paying for the infrastructure and system that never been built and terrible healthcare system. Don’t know why people just keep voting for this idiot"

"Had my bub there last month via CS and I was in the hands of the most amazing team, they are diligent in their work. Bub and I were well looked after for the 3 days we were there and for that we’re forever grateful. Spacious and clean maternity suite, genuine and caring midwives and doctors and pleasant kitchen staff. The only downside is how cold the rooms are especially with newborn."
