With over 15 years of experience in the healthcare sector, primarily as an Osteopath, Emily has witnessed the intricate connections between the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of individuals. Seeking to enhance her ability to assist her patients, she pursued a two-year course in Relational Gestalt Therapy in 2013 and began counselling clients in 2015.

Emily's therapeutic approach is centered around the client, taking into account their unique needs and desires. Influenced by modalities such as Relational Gestalt therapy, Interpersonal Process Approach, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Internal Family Systems, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Emily tailors her work to each individual she sits with.
