"Asked for my regrowth to be done or blended in as much as she could and a trim. My hair near platinum blonde and the length was below my shoulder blades when I got there. The Irish lady burnt my scalp in the making, cut my hair just below my shoulders and the ends were dark grey and regrowth was yellow. My scalp was throbbing for over a day after visiting. I was left with scabs on my head for a week and they were very visible. I still ended up paying $390 with no knowledge I that I could have denied these services since it was my very first time getting my hair done in a salon. There are extra things I’d like to add but then I’ll be typing all day. Would never visit again and definitely not recommending bleach sessions here"

"Got my eyebrows waxed and tinted on Thursday as I was getting photos done that afternoon. The girl was super lovely, however took a giant chunk out of the centre part of my ight eyebrow! She would have clearly seen that she'd done it, so I'm super frustrated that she didn't say anything. I wear glasses so didn't notice the missing part when I looked in the mirror. It wasn't until I started to get my make-up done that I saw the big hole in my eyebrow!"
