"My elderly mother has been using the House Call Vet for the past year for her 14 year old Shih Tzu, Nancy. HCV have always been very kind and patient. Sadly, we needed to send Nancy over the rainbow bridge, and HCV were amazing - they came to mum's house, were so kind and loving towards everyone, and Nancy gently drifted off to her forever sleep. The vet team were very professional, and took every step to ensure Nancy was comfortable and that mum was reassured throughout. Thank you for making such a difficult day a little easier through your kindness and care."
"Grief is such a personal experience. Jen and Lauren are angelic. In the face of overwhelming pain and loss their professionalism shone like a beacon guiding the best practice for Lisa, Molly and I. Thank you seems redundant. God bless you seems inadequate, Jen and Lauren took our grief on board and assisted us to make the correct decision and for that, Lisa and I will be eternally grateful. Never lose the magic you possess."
"Dr Katrina and Nurse Maddy visited us at home today and I’m so happy with the care they provided! Would definitely have them back for future check ups. It’s so nice to have the vet come to your home so your baby can be relaxed. Their mobile vet truck was pretty cool! Same cost as visiting a vet in store."
"Our Golden Retriever had a slip into a table and progressively lost the use of one of her hind legs over the ensuing 12 hours - scary stuff. Emergency vet on the night wanted thousands of dollars for treatments and assessments that may not have led to a positive outcome - very doom and gloom. Went to Dr Kat at THCV for a 2nd opinion the next day and she was simply amazing. She was completely caring and understanding. Reassured us that it is likely something that would improve over time (it has) and that surgery or anything else invasive was not required (it wasn't). A precautionary x-ray to rule out a pelvic fracture (it wasn't) was all that was needed along with some tips to help Honey get around for a week or so. She is up and about living a normal life with her sister. The leg troubles her at time and she tires easily. But she is one happy dog (in the back of the photo). So pleased with Dr Kat. Apologies for not posting a review sooner."
"Incredible service every time. They look after my boy Blue so well I will use them if I ever get another doggo. Thank you so much for your TLC and for working within our budget when we needed it so much. Highly recommended and very compassionate to both human znd furbabes"
