"Bought make up and razors, cost $61.38 and they told me they're computer crashed and the payment didn't go through, even though I showed the transaction on my bank account they told me I still had to pay a second time in order to get the products I had ALREADY purchased. They promised the first transaction would come back and a week later it hasn't. Checked my bank and it has cleared, so I paid $122.76 for two items. When I called them back requesting for the money to be returned they told me they still couldn't see the first transaction and still couldn't give me a refund, even though I have proof of paying twice via my bank. It now has to be sent to other people and I have to wait for MY money to be returned to me. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE AGAIN. They're computer crashes and it becomes they're customers problem by taking back the products they paid for and refusing to give the products to them unless they pay for it AGAIN. I am beyond upset. I am a uni student and a mother only working 3 shifts a week on minimum wage and they're STEALING money from me. Disgusting."

"I just been bought some medication and hr ago, after waiting for 20mins and when the sms came for collection, had to wait another 5min cos the counter wasn't staffed ! I was asked whether I needed a receipt upon checking out, and it was affirmative. The cashier asked for my phone so that they could sms the receipt because they ran out of paper !. (This wasn't the first time). I said I wanted a hard copy receipt... An hour had past, I have yet to receive my receipt. I wondered, maybe the get your phone so that it can be 'scammed' To the manager ! Customer's phone number are PRIVATE and CONFIDENTIAL. Don't abuse it for sending receipts"

"I live in Sunnybank and will NEVER EVER come back to this Chemist Warehouse store... happy to travel to Upper Mt. Gravatt next time. I came in here for several items and for some tablets for menopause. It took me so long to find a staff member who understood English and what the word menopause was. I understand the clients here are mainly Chinese, but there are also a lot of non-Chinese customers, and you should have staff who can at least speak English to a reasonable standard."

"As someone who used to worked in other pharmacy store, if I could give this one a negative score I definitely would. This is my first time coming to this store to pick up my medication, and I must say, the store environment is extremely disorganized with boxes scattered everywhere. Furthermore, the waiting time was excessively long—I waited for nearly an hour just to get my medication. Every staff member I saw seemed disinterested and lacked friendly attitude towards customers (both at the front desk and back counter, except for those wearing masks). I can't help but wonder how the manager trains their employees. It looks like employee morale and job satisfaction are not a priority at this pharmacy store. The overall experience was unsatisfactory, and I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service, especially it’s a pharmacy store with such a big brand."
