Our journey began in 2000, supplying the horse racing industry with innovative saddlery and jockey goods imported from Japan and South Africa. Soon, we expanded our reach, exporting Japan race saddles to countries like Singapore, Hong Kong, Ireland, and New Zealand. Additionally, we promoted and exported Australian-made goods to Singapore and Japan, further establishing our reputation as a reliable supplier.

In 2003, Austack ventured into horse feed and other domestic animal supplies, experiencing rapid growth. In 2010, we opened our second store in Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast, near the Corbould Park Race Course, in partnership with Jamie Wilson and Shannon Williams. In 2014, we moved our main store to a bigger premises at 249 Toombul Rd, Northgate, QLD, before settling in our current location at 53 Toombul Rd, Northgate, QLD. This move allowed us to expand our range and offer an extensive selection of saddlery, horse feed, pet and bird feeds, vitamins and minerals, and medical supplies.

We take pride in our ability to deliver to the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and greater Brisbane area, ensuring our customers receive their products promptly. If we don't have a specific product in stock, we will make every effort to source it for you as quickly as possible. Our friendly staff at Austack are always ready to assist you.

Our Northgate premises are designed as a drive-through, allowing customers to pick up their feed and supplies conveniently, regardless of Queensland's weather conditions. We stock all the main brands of horse feed, including Mitavite, Hygain, Prides, and Ridleys Barastoc, offering great value and quality. Our hay and chaffs are sourced weekly from the Lockyer Valley. Additionally, we have an extensive range of bird, poultry, dog, and cat supplies. With our new saddlery showroom, we truly offer a one-stop shop for all your animal needs.
