"The brief was a wash, full groom including nails. The dogs weren’t washed and came back smelling worse from being in the smelly environment. The cut was rushed and hacked, the inside ears were unshaven and smelly. The nails weren’t done. I spent $200 and have to wash my own dogs and shave out their ears and paws and clip their nails. My dogs are 10, 7 and 6 years old- they’ve been groomed many times and this is by far the worst service I’ve had the displeasure of paying for."
"Paid $70 for a full groom and my dog came back with the face dirty with eye discharge, faults and bad groom through body. The guy was super friendly and fast, but I would not come back."
"I took my 2 dogs there and the one dog had some parts of his body shaved to 2 mm and other parts not touched at all. Terrible because my dog looke like a wolfhound instead of a groodle. My other dog had her upper body shaven very short as I wanted but under her tummy and legs everything was left long as it was before she went in. It is really funny but I paid $190 for that!!"
