Delivery was received as I walked out the door and called me and was given priority with my script, terrific service and the cashier was great with a smile and enthusiasm which made me happy for the rest of day. "Avoid if you have a busy day!!! I know they are all franchises and the management changes from each store, but the toowoong branch service is extremely slow and deficient. The pharmacist must have a 'special method' to serve because it never takes under 30 mins to get even the most simple prescriptions. I would avoid at all costs and rather go to another chemist with better response times and more knowledgable staff. Experience it at your own risk..."

"I visit this pharmacy regularly for my prescription medication, as well as some supplements and cleaning products. While their waiting time for prescriptions can vary, it's usually a bit lengthy. I personally would prefer if they offered an option to order online and collect in store, but I've had trouble figuring out how to do so. I attempted to sign up for an account on their website and app, but it turns out that I need a specific code from the store in order to register. After a few attempts I gave up, Therefore, I still use the traditional method of collecting my medication. In addition to their pharmaceutical products, the store also offers other items such as dishwasher cubes and shower balls, which are generally inexpensive. However, I typically purchase non-pharmaceutical items at Coles or Woolworths so I can collect Flybuys and Everyday Rewards points."

"Went today to buy lipsticks on sale, not priced and when I asked the staff member said they didnt have the staff to ticket the specials! Took me 15 minutes to see get assistance and then went to purchase perfume. Plenty of staff available when 15 minutes to close which I was reminded of as making my selection. Very few testers available so you dont dont what your getting. Absolutely disgraceful store and I agree with previous comments re- scripts. Have gone a number of times to fill mine, rude staff, no acknowledgment, wait times ridiculous. Wont be going here again, my advice Terry White at Toowong for scripts, Chemist Warehouse at Indooroopilly for perfumes, at least they have ample testers and coffee to smell between trying scents. This store is unproffessional, disorganized and employ Chemists and counter staff that are just going through the motions and dont know what customer service is. Suprised you are still in business as you just dont care!!!!!! The manager needs to take a course on management as whoever it is has no clue about how to run a business!!! Disgraceful!!! And professionals usually respond to our feedback whether good or bad ,where is your response to the feedback the public view!!"
