We are pleased to inform you that Knox Mindfulness is working towards registration with private health insurance providers in Australia. Currently, we are registered with Medibank Private, AHM, Bupa, and the Australian Regional Health Group (ARHG), which includes St Luke’s Health, Police Health, GMHBA, Westfund, Emergency Services Health, Phoenis Health, CUA Health, AIA Health, and Teachers Union Health.

Our session fees are affordable, with a rate of $120 per session for individuals, and concession rates are also available. This is in comparison to psychologists who may charge $200 or higher with a rebate of $92.90, leaving an out-of-pocket expense of $107.10. The Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommends psychologists charge $280 per 45-60 minutes, while the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) recommends counselors charge $160 per session. We pride ourselves on keeping our costs down to ensure accessibility for as many people as possible.

As a Registered NDIS provider, Knox Mindfulness offers therapeutic supports under the NDIS. We are able to see participants who are self-funded, plan managed, and NDIA managed, following the current Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits for 2022-23.
