Additionally, our Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program, which spans over eight weeks, provides a structured approach to cultivating self-compassion and mindfulness. The next term of MSC begins on July 26, 2023, and will be held at the Canterbury Neighbourhood Centre.

For couples seeking to enhance their relationship, we provide couples counselling, marriage counselling, and discernment counselling. Our Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples helps couples create a secure and loving bond, fostering warmth and connection. We also offer couples counselling intensives, retreats, and pre-marriage counselling to address specific relationship needs.
