"Not on site parking ! Great experience, the lady at the reception was really nice to me, got my scan done on time and took like 3 mins, report was also delivered on time, very happy with my experience."
"We chose to go for DMDI for CBCT for my wife all the way from Officer to Camberwell after reading all the 5 stars rating; even though they were charging higher than other nearby Radiology centres. However, we were really disappointed with our experience at DMDI. The gentleman at the reception was really friendly and engaged us in a good talk. All good until here... (He scored the lone star in this review :-)). First of all, they didn't have a resident radiologist apparently. They would send the images to radiologist who would report back in 24-48 hrs. Agony starts here. We were subjected to CT exposure twice, apparently due to "inadequate view". Doesn't end here; its been 2 weeks since the scan and the reports hasn't reached my dentist. I called the dentist after waiting over a week and they told me that the reports sent were 'software incompatible" and have requested to send the disk via mail. After waiting another week (2 weeks since my scan) I called DMDI today and was told that the CD with the images has been posted early last week but wonder by what mode because its not reached the dentist even as of today. Further I realized that the 'Radiology Report' hasn't been mailed even today and only upon enquiring now I am told it will be sent shortly. Overall, a very bad experience for the premium money I was charged. Quality doesn't come cheap they say; but in my case it didn't come at premium price as well."
"I came in a couple of weeks ago for an OPG and Lat Ceph. I was greeted by Amy at front reception who was absolutely lovely and so kind. Andy bought me through to take me through the processes of the x-rays I needed taken. Andy was very professional and organised, I left having a great experience and will recommend all my patients for their x-rays in future. Keep up the great work A team!!!"
