At All Stages Psychology, our team is led by Ceara, a highly qualified Psychologist and Clinical Registrar. With a Master of Professional Psychology and a Master of Applied Psychology (Clinical) from Victoria University, Ceara brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice.

Ceara believes that each individual has unique goals for therapy, and she tailors her approach to meet the specific needs and preferences of her clients. She is well-versed in various therapeutic frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and has a special interest in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.

With experience working with individuals of all ages, from 3 years old to late adulthood, Ceara has honed her skills in different settings, including private practice, animal-assisted therapy practice, and private psychiatric settings. She is dedicated to helping individuals explore themselves more deeply, understand the origins of their suffering, and find relief through integrating new ways of being.

In addition to therapy, All Stages Psychology also offers psychological and educational assessments for both children and adults. Our gold-standard assessment protocols provide valuable insights into an individual's cognitive strengths and weaknesses, guiding the development of effective interventions and supports.

At All Stages Psychology, we believe in accessibility and flexibility. You do not need a referral to access our services privately, as everyone is welcome. However, if you would like to receive a Medicare Rebate, a referral and a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, Paediatrician, or Psychiatrist are required.

We understand that everyone's schedule is unique, which is why we offer regular appointment times that can be scheduled weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs and availability.

If you are self-managed under the NDIS, you can claim session fees from NDIS with a paid invoice. For plan-managed individuals, we can arrange invoicing and payments directly with your plan manager.
