Jane's training in Lomi Lomi Massage was inspired by the beauty and transformative effects she witnessed in recipients during a traditional Hawaiian massage session. Her experience and training in massage and healing have allowed her to provide therapeutic relief to clients in aged care, addressing pain, anxiety, depression, circulation issues, and overall well-being.

Jane also continues to study and teach Tai Chi, recognizing the flowing rhythmic movements of this ancient exercise as a moving meditation that relaxes and strengthens the body while relieving stress. She incorporates additional practices such as Aromatherapy, herbal remedies, Tui Na (Chinese acupressure), and Bowen Therapy into her healing practice.
