"Worst service ever, do not trust in those guys"
"Took truck off the road to get one of their mistakes fixed (they installed thrust washer bearings upside down when doing king pins) I made the mistake of wanting todo cab mount bushes (argosy) on the same day. Truck taken into workshop 8am. 11:15am a worker came to ask me why he was doing the cab mount bushes, I replied because they need to be done. I walked over to the truck to point out each bush and why I was replacing them. At this point in time he hadn’t started working on the bushes yet. He’d only just finished fixing their original mistake. (Thrust washer upside down) 12pm they began on the bushes. Watched them for the next 3 hours go between my truck and another truck, juggling tasks.. 3:30pm finish only the 2 front bushes out of the 5 needed being replaced. It was now too late to continue with the rest of the job. I decided to stop it there as the shop closes at 5pm and would go into tomorrow and they’d probably charge 2 days for a 5 hour job. Anyways, It was now invoice time the worker stated he spent 5hrs on the 2 cab bushes which they claim normally takes 6 hours which is absurd. I disagreed and stated the above that I personally witnessed work begin at 12pm and finish at 3:30pm minus their 30min lunch break in between. They insisted on their story but it was clear to me they were trying to make up for the time they lost on fixing their mistake with the upside down thrust washer bearings for the king pins. Therefor ultimately trying to charge me for the entire day. 8am to 11am on thrust washers(3hrs). then the 11:30am to 3:30pm on bushes (3hrs). 6hrs total. They agreed to move from charging 5hrs to charging 4.5hrs which was still 1.5 more than what was actually spent on the truck for the bushes(3hrs). Prove me wrong all fleet and provide cctv of requested work being conducting (cab mount bushes) prior to 11am as your worker claimed. Another very bad experience with yet another dishonest mechanic. I will not be taking my business to them moving forward and would sway anyone else to stay clear of them. Furthermore, I spent the next day finishing off the work they failed to complete which consisted of installing new cab dampers, cab sway bar mounting bushes and sway bar end bushes. Their mechanic had insisted to tell me that it would take at least another entire business day to complete the rest of the work, which I stood baffled hearing this as even I knew it was pretty straight forward once the cab was lifted. To complete this work it took me 4 hours on a street in front of my home with one small tool box and a blow torch. I had also inspected the work conducted on the king pins and to no surprise the king pin cap bolts were loose and had barely any grease in them even though I was charged for workshop consumables on the invoice. And cheap grease nipples used on the kingpin caps. Again, extremely poor works man ship even in conducting the bare minimum in mechanical duties."
"Ripped me off, tried to rip me off even more. Charged 5 hours for a fluid change (no filters) and attempted to justify this by ranting how hard it was to change the oil in my PTO. My truck doesn't have a PTO. Thought I was young and dumb and wouldn't know the difference. They overfilled by a lot and used the wrong oils. It was during the floods, and i was told staff had covid- so I told them to not stress out doing overtime trying to finish it on time, so they shoved it out the back for WEEKS and did other customers work instead without even touching it. They took me for a ride because they thought they could. Unethical at best."
