"Warning! I regularly hire cars and usually use the larger car hire businesses, never having a dispute over vehicle damage previously. It is not worth saving some money to go with this business. In my view the car I received was not up to acceptable standards for many reasons and I have now been charged a very high and disproportionate amount for damage that was not caused by me. This is despite the fact that I provided various information to them seeking to establish that it was not me that caused the damage. They are not interested in listening or trying to find out what happened, just to charge whatever they can. There is nothing positive I could say about my experience with this business."
