"Arrived back to BNE today from the US, hopped in the car, start driving off, only to hear what sounds like a rock in the tyre….it wasn’t, it was a bolt…a well and truly embedded bolt at that. We’re 40 km from home, but the tyre is still inflated, so we look up tyre repair options nearby, and Ultra Tune at the airport pops up. We explain the problem, and they say bring it round. When we get there (1.8 km), they’ve got all their workshop bays occupied by vehicles, and there are no spare parking bays either…in other words, their pretty busy. But they took our car and tended to it within 30 minutes. How awesome is that! We’re very appreciative of that kind of service, particularly after just flying a total of 21 hrs to get home. With that kind of service, why wouldn’t I recommend them…well done Ultra Tune. Highly recommended."
