Welcome to Peace Be Your Journey Counselling, located at 7 Bridge Street, Werribee, Australia. As a skilled professional counsellor, I am registered with the Australian Counselling Association and have years of experience in providing support to adults facing various concerns.

At Peace Be Your Journey Counselling, my main focus is on working with individuals and couples, with a particular interest in anxiety, depression, and stress. I believe in creating a safe and respectful environment where clients can explore their challenges and determine the changes they need in their lives. Together, we will develop the necessary tools to bring about positive change, make peace with the past, and engage meaningfully with life.

My approach to counselling is integrative, incorporating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness Therapy. This allows me to be flexible in delivering my services, meeting clients where they are, and assisting them in uncovering their inner strengths and resilience.

Every session with me is designed to build upon the previous one, tailored to meet the unique therapeutic needs of each individual client. I firmly believe that everyone can find peace in their journey, and I am dedicated to empowering you to make genuine and lasting changes, enabling you to live in the present without fear for the future.

Rest assured, I adhere to the ACA code of conduct, policies, and procedures, ensuring that you receive professional and ethical counselling services. Whether you prefer face-to-face sessions, or the convenience of Zoom or Telehealth, I am here to support you.

Please note that subsequent sessions for couples are priced at $150, while individual sessions are priced at $120.
