"Being a counselling agency they have no regard for urgency and time. Spent so much time chasing them up to get something done which was a matter of utmost importance and ultimately you will end up calling them dozens of times a day to check the status of what youre after. But they will never miss calling you and processing the fee before a counselling session. Ridiculous service! Definitely do not recommend"

It seems she just didn't want to listen to what I had to say and would dismiss everything as normal. She made me feel worse, i wouldn't recommend this place at all."
"The man I saw was ok. He was cordial. But he quickly turned my my issue of general life anxiety into a weight loss program - focusing more on my physical disadvantage, over my mental disadvantage. After 6 sessions (due to me being on goverment support) I barely came away with much self improvement. It felt like he was burning our sessions towards the end to let me go. He did give SOME good advice, but I did feel a little dismissed by its conclusion. If you can go elsewhere, I would recomend it. Otherwise its adequate."
