"I booked my appointment 2 months in advance but it was cancelled without me knowing. I didn’t know until the appointment was within a week’s time, and I only learnt about it because I called them to confirm it. They apologized and told me they sent me a message on the cancellation which I never received. And yet, they never thought to also send me an email on the cancellation nor call me. Did they think a patient would go away without a reschedule? I’m thoroughly disappointed at the service. This review is not directed to any staff but the whole process is inefficient and shows its arrogance."
