"I was pretty sick and my husband wanted me to go for a chest X-ray before I was given antibiotics. I got a referral and the message I got was that they did walk in X rays between 9am and and 4pm. I got there by 11.30am. I told the receptionist that I came for a chest X-ray and was willing to wait. After getting my name and looking up the referral she told me they were not doing anymore XRays for the day. She didn’t need to keep me and get my name etc if she knew I wasn’t going get an X-ray. This is not the first time this happened. The last time my husband was with me and when they refused he told them he was a doctor and I was taken. Pretty bad service I should say."

"I had the pelvic ultrasound here, I was pretty nervous from last experience. However receptionists are lovely and friendly enough. And a lady who did my procedure was very calm and she explained everything to me so that I feel more comfortable. It’s hard to book a spot, it might take 2weeks. I can’t complaint it’s bulk billing! Thank you so much for looking after me:)"

"I’ve been here twice. Lovely staff, and the guy at receptionist is doing an excellent work. My first time was for ultrasound and the lady was extremely caring and clear with instructions. She even appreciated me for following water ‘drinking’ instructions prior showing up at the clinic. Second time was for X-ray and that too was fairly smooth and fluidic experience. The whole place is super clean and well organised."
