"This is a tough hike so I skipped and just admired from the base. About 100 meters from the carpark It’s for serious well prepared and equipped hikers but would be an amazing hike"
"Beautiful location, short walk to great views"
"3hr return trip with 15min at the summit. The single toilet is 50 meters along the track hiden from carpark. The climb is easier than Mt Tibragagan. The mountain itself is very picturesque. The climb is 600m in from carpark where it goes straight up before cutting right under a massive outcrop then up and over to the top. The main climb is over steep stable rock but there are dirt tracks to either side at a lot of points that are easier. By 10am the sun starts to hit the track. Most climbers are down unless it's an overcast day. Some people climb bare foot and hang their shoes on a tree at the base of the first rock face. The first 15meters is the hardest, the rest is not so hard. Coming back down is easy, slide on your bum at the hard parts."
"Views of the mountain, spectacular! Many coming late, to go up a very challenging mountain. The season, the sun, the heat, start really early take it easy, enjoy the tasks, ovv gong up the largest Glasshouse mountain, in the world!"
"Car park is in a good position. Plenty of space, may need to lay some concrete down though and provide easier access to the table and toilets area"
