"Friendly reception in store but bad service. Had my car there a couple of times for service. Recently they managed to refill 1 liter less oil than required, no response when I asked them and had to buy oil on the road. This service they checked the radiator but forgot to put the hose clamps back on, so I had to pulled by the RACQ because i lost all my cooling fluid..."

"Not the best experience, got a brand new car had to take it in after 3 days. We took it in as the car was infested with ants. The ambient lighting didn’t work as described and apple car play phone calls were not clear. After a month of them having our car with no updates we finally were told our car could be picked up. We rang them back to book in a time with no answer from the technician. I personally called the office finally got through to a service adviser who told me everything was fixed. I ran through all the issues and he advises no actually it’s not let me get onto that and call you back. Thursday passed by and he called my partner stating he couldn’t find my number even though my contact was the only one in the system. He only has my partners number for outside of business reasons. He advised we could pick up the car Saturday (yesterday) Upon pick up I felt very rushed as they pulled my car up and someone else waited to pull in where my car was left. We loaded in the car and 20 mins into our drive I had been testing the features I was told were fixed. The calls were now clearer on apple car play but calls still drop out after 3-5 minutes. There was also no ambient lighting on in the car and no way to turn it on. I called the service centre back and spoke with a woman who told me to bring the car back on Monday they will look into it again. I work full time and we have already been inconvenienced so much. Today on Sunday we went to take the car for a drive to only notice there are spots of a different coloured white paint on the hood and a spot where the paint has been completely removed. To say I’m unhappy is an understatement. This has been the worst experience."
