"We could not have chosen a better Obstetrician than Hayden Waterham for our first pregnancy. Hayden was always thorough at every check up and never rushed any of our appointments with him. He had the patience to answer every lingering question and educated us of all our options throughout the nine-month long journey. Come the day when labour came spontaneously, Hayden arrived at the hospital promptly and coached the birth with well-articulated & encouraging prompts & instructions. This had made our birthing experience short, calm, smooth and uncomplicated. My husband, who also witnessed his professionalism in the birthing suite, said that Hayden was "just perfect". To say that we'd highly recommend him would still be an understatement."

He makes you feel really cared for, and is warm, genuine, yet straight forward and pragmatic. It feels like he is always available for you, unlike the OBs that my friends have experienced. The great sense of humour is definitely a bonus. He will tell you what he thinks is best for you, but give you the choice, totally respecting you preferences and fears and anxieties. I’ve met a number of people that have worked with Hayden and their faces light up with praise on how awesome he is. They all says the same thing - “Genuine and nice guy, who stays calm under pressure which is exactly what new mums need.” And it’s worth mentioning that his team are amazing too! Glenda and Lisa make you feel like family. It’s like an aura of positive energy coming from that practise. He takes the time to explain things in a way that is very clear and articulate which really helps manage any anxiety I may be experiencing. Having never met him during my pregnancy, and in the throes of active labour, I was scared and hesitant about having this random deliver my first child.
