"Friendly and helpful staff. Purchased a new motor cycle battery late on a Wednesday afternoon just before closing. Staff kindly offered to install the new battery onsite. During installation of battery the staff had problem disconnecting the lead from the positive terminal during which the wire has pulled out of the connector. This was temporarily fixed by wrapping the wire and connector with electrical tape and bolting this to the positive terminal. Regrettably informed today that the business won’t complete a repair because there was excessive lock tight on the old battery terminal. It would have been best if I’d taken the battery home and installed myself. Although I’m not an expert I think with a little more care the positive lead could have been removed without pulling the wire off the connector."

"Hundreds cheaper than dealerships fitted for few bucks ,very professional full warranty happy to accept dead car battery free replaced on the spot in very short time & it wasn't an easy fix like most cars fair bit involved."

"My battery system in my full time bus home was consistently failing and going into safe mode, one battery would not come out of safe mode and the other was shuting down with 70% and leaving me with out any power and according to web review of their after sales service. I would wait a long time for them back due to them needed to be posted to WA. Tim at Caloundra Battery World. Has provided me with 2x 200ah enerdrive batteries close enough to online retailer pricing I was looking at, I have collected one today I can get everything back up and running and ordered the other one to arrive in a few days, so I'll be back to full capacity - he'll even fully charge it for me prior to pick up. This morning I was thinking I would have to wait days to get up and running again. Impacting my work, study and life in general. Enerdrive offer a 5year warranty and if there are any issues with the new system I can return them to any Battery World, instead of dealing with postage/couriers and a long wait time for assessment. It's worth the extra $$ to buy decent batteries with decent warranty. Cannot recommend battery World and Tim enough. Also Tim loves dogs! So top bloke all round!"

"Absolute merchants of wasting peoples time. I went in to organize a new battery for my motorbike. I told them it’s a complex install. They said they could come out and do it in 2 hours. $20 call out fee. Free if I bring the bike to the store. An hour later they call me to tell me that it’s a complex install and they need me to bring the bike to the store. I’d already told them it was complex. I ask how long it will take to install they say 30 mins. So I organize to take the bike to store 2 days later. Once I arrived I get told they’ll need the bike for quite sometime (not 30 mins) and now theyve decided there is a $30 fitting fee. I don’t mind if you have a fee but they had ample opportunity to correctly quote me while I was physically in the store the first time and when they called me. Way before I took the motorbike all the way to the store. Outright dishonesty. Awful customer service. Just an edit here. I wasn’t quoted over the phone I was physically in the store. Where I told them about the complexity of the install. Once I went and physically drove the bike to the store they changed the quote."
