"It's hard to put into words how grateful we are for Jess' medical care. After a challenging 4 months I was recommended Jess by another gynaecologist. She was attentive, informative and kind. Six months later I engaged Jess as my obesterician. She managed my pregnancy from week 5 to week 41+5 (this included navigating appointments during stage 4 iso). At every appointment she took the time to explain her medical opinion while giving me the freedom to pick what medical option lay best with me. She made sure I was comfortable and fully informed before making decisions. She answered all questions with informative responses, this included sending information by email to ensure I had time to consider the medical options. She went above and beyond to put me at ease during the pregnancy. Our delivery had a few hiccups but again, thanks to Jess' considered approach, my partner and I felt fully informed , safe and in control. Our baby arrived safely and Jess continued to provide consisent care both in hospital and in the six weeks following birth.
