"I booked an appointment with the naturopath for a family member with the online booking option. It gave confirmation of where to attend the clinic address, the price and appointment date and time. Upon arrival we found out the appointment was over telehealth and we were told the link was emailed to us. This is misleading and as we had driven nearly 2 hours to get there a wasted trip as the practitioner doesn't work in clinic. Not everyone has access to email so to avoid further problems I would suggest when clients book that the option CLEARLY STATES ONLINE APPOINTMENT. Receptionists not very friendly or nice to deal with. Will review the practitioner once we see how that goes."

The continuity of care, emphasis on informed consent and cutting edge medical approach were incredible - it made the whole journey to pregnancy alot less stressful.
