"Was not happy with the way it all ended … during my last few weeks we had to book for induce the practice manager we requested certain date 4 weeks in advance she never followed up. Then when we called them few time to follow up she was so rude n asked us not to call back they will get back to us n never happened… she never followed up on the request at all … later after the delivery which was normal .. we never heard or saw dr Vinay Rane again … after 4 weeks his practice manager calls me n force me to make an appointment with other doctors Naidoo for the checkup … when we went to the appointment waited for 1 hour dr mention he has no knowledge of my case so he cnt check me , n he was already running late … living my 4 weeks old baby home n waiting for 1 hour finally dr says he cnt check me … n when I mentioned to the receptionist she told she will follow it up n call me In rebooking the appointment.. as usual never heard from them again …very disappointing the way they pushed me around to other dr and no empathy Towards us.. never expected this from an establishment like Melbourne mothers.. I would not return there or suggest anyone to do so …"

"I had my second baby with Dr Vinny Rane as I wanted to attempt a VBAC - 18 months after my first baby. Vinny was very supportive until many converging factors come to the fore at 35/36 weeks and a cesarean was then the safest option. I was traumatised by my first cesarean and had a horrific recovery and Vinny was very cognisant of my trauma and made me feel very supported and nurtured for my second cesarean - small things like giving me a hug before the surgery, holding my hand and always holding a smile and positive demeanour. It’s rare for an obgyn to be as caring and genuine as Vinny and also as talented when it comes to his surgical ability. My second cesarean healed me of the trauma I had with my first because he was so gentle in the surgery, gliding my baby girl out so carefully. Very different to my first who was ripped out from me so viciously for a planned cesarean. My recovery through Vinny was nothing short of incredible, I was driving after 3 weeks. With my first I could only walk to the letterbox at 8 weeks. I was back to exercising at 3 months, my first 9 months. He’s truly a miracle surgeon and a wonderful obgyn. He was very accommodating too for after hours appointments so my husband could come and his offices and staff are very family friendly with toys. Highly, highly recommend Vinny!!"

"Not only is Dr Rane extremely competent & clever, he is is also so very very kind. He has such warmth and compassion for his patients. I had suffered for years with severe endometriosis. I was constantly being dismissed as “your body is just getting older” I just wished I’d gone to Dr Rane in the beginning. I felt so heard and understood by him and his whole team. His assistants are so lovely and full of patience and compassion also. I cannot praise Dr Rane and his team enough."
