Our clinic is open from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 11:00 pm, Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. If you anticipate needing extra time with the doctor, please inform our Reception Team when booking your appointment.

We value your feedback and encourage you to share your thoughts with us. You can write to us or use our suggestion box located at the reception. Whether you have a concern, suggestion, or complaint, we take them seriously and will respond within 48 hours.

In addition, we appreciate hearing about positive experiences you've had at our practice. We strive to work collaboratively with our patients and continuously improve our services based on your feedback.

For those who are unable to come to the clinic, we offer home visits on a case-by-case basis, depending on doctor availability. If you require a home visit, please contact the locum service for out-of-hours home visiting doctors at 13 SICK (7425). However, please note that home visits are not intended for emergencies. In case of a medical emergency, please dial 000 or go to the nearest hospital.

Rest assured that your medical records are confidential and we maintain the highest level of security for your personal health information.
