"Food took 1.5 hours to arrive when they advertised 15 minutes. They don't answer the phone or offer driver tracking. Food came soggy and gross. Do not order! Should be taken off Uber Eats."
"Bao bistro and bao station should be out of uber eats. I placed an order, Initially, it was showing 15 mins delivery time which turned into 35 mins. And after hours of waiting, the delivery still doesn’t show up. Unable to track the delivery in uber eats. App shows“Your delivery is on the way”. I couldn’t even cancel the order. Multiple attempts on calling the store but no one picked the phone. This happened during the day. Terrible experience. Forget about the food if you have unfortunately placed an uber order from this place."

"I placed an order with Bao Bistrot via Uber Eats at roughly 12:20am, the expected delivery time was meant to be a maximum of 35 minutes. The delivery time then changed to ‘Arriving between 01:15am - 01:35am, I waited until 01:45 before calling the company to see where the delivery was… They did not pick up. As it was almost 02:00am I decided to go to sleep, I wake up in the morning to see a message from Uber Eats ‘Your order was delivered at 03:24am’, 2 hours later then the expected time! I check the front door at 07:00am to see if the food was even there… of course it wasn’t. We live in a very civilised and upmarket area, so I highly doubt someone would have taken the food between the hours of 03:24am - 07:00am on a Thursday morning. I contacted Uber to request a refund, I supplied all the details for the order before being told a refund was not possible, as the order had already arrived. Even on the off chance that it did actually arrive and something happened to it, it was still 2 hours behind schedule, I mentioned this to Uber Eats but was told there was nothing they can do. In conclusion it was appalling service from both Bao Bistrot and Uber Eats. I strongly suggest ordering from somewhere else, especially taking into account the other reviews. It seems you have a better chance of getting a return on a pokies machine, then you do ordering food from Bao Bistrot via Uber Eats. It’s a match mad in hell."
