"Resolve laws team helped me with a complicated estate settlement. Friendly, honest and hard working couldn't recommend them more highly in a time of need."
"Resolve Estate Law is a firm pioneering dispute resolution in the contested Wills and Estates space in Australia in a way no other firm has ever done. As a specialist estate planning lawyer, I often am asked for a referral to a specialist for assistance in an estate litigation matter. I always recommend Zinta at Resolve Estate Law (formerly Harris Law) as I know they will be in good hands and that more than their legal needs will be met. I have known Zinta as a mentor and colleague now for almost 20 years. Her legal technical skills are of course impeccable but it's the innovation of bringing Collaborative Practice to our area of law that is inspiring. She has donated countless hours to not only aligning her practice with this approach, but training many others, including me, in the collaborative model. I would have no hesitation recommending Zinta and the team at Resolve Estate Law to assist in any estate dispute and I thoroughly recommend the Collaborative Law training that Zinta has developed to any lawyer practicing in the WIlls and Estates space."
"I wanted to get an Australian will as well as a German will done at the same time. I needed some advice on how to proceed with my Australian will. Although the initial consultation fee seemed quite expensive I was impressed on how Zinta proceeded. I needed to fill in a 20 page form covering not only the testamentary aspect but also enduring power of attorney and advanced health directive. It's optional to go with the last two but was convinced that this was important to do them at the same time (so my wife can act if I'm in hospital or overseas). I have to admit completing the 20 page form was painful but worth it. The draft will came out perfectly and only had minor amendments for her to do. Then the mirror will for my wife came the next day via email. So overall can definitely recommend Zinta as she was very efficient, made no errors at all, and (what was important for me) provided me with explanatory comments throughout the documents so I could understand its content. So for that alone I would go with her again for any future will or estate requirements."
