"I think that the food was a bit overpriced. Ordered ‘Cauliflower and chickpea salad($18) with prawns($7)’ and it cost $25. But unfortunately there were no chickpeas in salad and only 4 pieces of cauliflower. More cauliflowers and chickpeas would be nicer."

"Good quality coffee ☕ and price is amazing too. Regular mug flat white coffee only AUD$ 4.9 , staff she is very friendly, most important this place is cozy and outdoor area has breeze nature air （but sometime can smell next store have fried food coming). You can see lots of handsome Aussie man walking around here. Very eye catch view and see them feeling well for single person to enjoy coffee here. Staff is very handsome too."

"I’m back visiting Australia from the UK having lived in Australia for 15 years. Beyond the pale was a regular haunt before I returned home in 2020. I was curious say if this is still the same place I left. I’m happy to report that it is. I stopped off here for breakfast during the week and received terrific service. I had a brekkie burger and a coffee. Both of them were fantastic. The ambience is great. Sadly I didn’t catch the name of the young lady serving me as she made me feel most welcome. I was pleased to be back in this lovely local cafe. Looking forward to coming back one evening for a few refreshing ales"

"Credit to the Chef here, the food that comes out that kitchen is modern, fresh and very tasty. Honestly, if you want a wholesome fresh food experience give this little bar a try. All the staff are friendly and quite welcoming, good vibes here so well done to all involved. My Feedback: A picture menu would do wonders to assist with ordering. "Had an early lunch , ordered vegan burger skinny fries and fish tacos. Burger was best I have ever had, falafel cooked to perfection, crispy on outside, not at all dry. Fish batter tasty and very well cooked. Beyond the pale beer mid strength and beautiful. Service from wait staff and bar staff excellent. Thoroughly recommended."
