"Have had nothing but negative experiences at this child care. The staff are lazy, rude, don’t seem to show empathy to the children and barely acknowledge parents. My child would cry every time it was time to go to child care. She hasn’t cried a day at her new child care. Do not recommend this child care at all."

"I always felt there was something off about this centre but brushed it off for 2 years as “settling in” “moving rooms” etc. After covid and parents were allowed into the rooms I started to notice that the staff are lazy, disengaged and do not have a genuine love for children. A small handful of great educators and unfortunately the rest are shocking. Blatantly ignoring parents on arrival (so bad that one day I had to take my daughter home because no one helped me), pulling children aggressively by the arm (yes I saw this happen on more than 1 occasion) and leaving them to cry alone (the excuse being, oh it’s because their friend isn’t here today). Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere"

"Enrolled my child in the centre and the quality care given to him was exceptional. He settled in very quickly and they are very caring and always assuring me that he is doing well. They never fail to notify me if he is unwell or not drank his milk. They showed great professionalism. He enjoys coming to the centre and have learned so much in the last couple months. Thank you very much for all the love and dedication you have put into all of our children in the centre."
