"Great little Cafe away from the main street hassle in Cleveland. Food and drinks reasonably priced and the service excellent!"

"They mixed our order with another table, witch were very similar. That could have been ok but after 5-10 minutes they asked us to pay an extra 5$ to compensate for their own error. How is that possible?? On top of that the coffee was never served and they never cleaned after the previous customers so we had breakfast with dirty plates and mugs. Unbelievable"

"Service was 5/5 cannot fault them with that. I asked a few questions & they were happy to oblige me with a few requests, so my photos do not represent what this item may normally look like. The actual Thai chicken cakes were tasty, but to be honest, if I had realised they were not made and cooked fresh as opposed to just reheated, I probably would have tried something else. And unfortunately it seems most of their food lasagne etc is prepared the same way. Pre-cooked and sits in a refrigerated display case. While I understand how time-saving this is, unfortunately, items like chicken can end up being served as quite dry, which is how my meal was. Again, only my opinion, but I have found countless times that pre-cooked food, reheated, is not the best way to serve. Pricing I felt was quite reasonable considering the area they are located in."

"We were in the area today following an app. at the Mater. popped in for a quick bite. I'm so glad we did. Lovely and clean, generous serves of delicious fresh food and good coffee. Friendly service and nice atmoshphere. Well done Raffertys!"

"Delicious and reasonably priced. Good spot away from the hustle and bustle. Lost a star only bc after being shown to our table we waited a good 10 mins to realise no one was even bringing menus! So grabbed a menu and ordered at counter. Was no problem but could they not explain that to us newbies? Food came out promptly and was delicious despite the bumpy start."
