Our educators are highly qualified and dedicated to facilitating a tailored journey of discovery for your child. We require our educators to be at least Diploma qualified, and we advocate for our senior educators to hold a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. Your child's physical and emotional wellbeing is always our top priority, and we work with them to guide healthy behavioral pathways for their emotions.

We take every measure to ensure minimal risk of viruses and unwanted bugs. Each of our rooms is equipped with an air purifier that minimizes airborne virus risk and improves air quality. We also incorporate innovative technologies, such as OSMO, to stimulate better learning. Children keep an online learning journal of their discoveries, allowing them to record progress and cherish precious memories from their early years.

Discovery Bay is one of the first early childcare centers to bring STEM subjects into early learning. Our industry-first methodology delivers an expanded early learning program that incorporates Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) within a Montessori curriculum.
