"Coffee was good. Food was done well. Service was pretty good but nothing spectacular but nothing to complain about either. Atmosphere was pretty basic. Overall a nice place to go for brunch. Would go back again."
"Brekkie date, good pricing and a nice quiet little spot. BLT was good although I did ask for some aioli which was happily provided. Coffee was really good. My friend said the sourdough was great"
"Hugly missed opportunity! Dirty tables, both inside and outside. No hello or good bye. Staff member very slow to acknowledge I was there to begin with.. Looked up at me like he was having "one of those days". Slightly overpriced food for the quality. Coffee was presented in wrong cup, some tables inside didn't have sugar and had cardboard dividers for the storage containers. Had the eggs Benedict, which had them runny the way I like, but was presented warm, (perhaps better timing required in the kitchen as to have everything presented hot??) Silence and awkward would describe the atmosphere, like I felt like an inconvenience to the staff member for simply turning up. Plus the staff constantly chatting on his phone.. Unsure of how to recommend this cafe. I was the only person in the whole place apart from the one staff member and I left feeling what has happened to the cafe culture in Ipswich??? Is it truly this poor now?? Would not recommend at present state, the upkeep of the carpark was very poor. Very unlikely to return here again."
"Stopped by on our road trip for a meal. Food was mediocre and there were lots of flies around. Ordered the big breakfast ($22), halloumi stack ($18) and french toast ($16) to share. Mediocre food, but corn fritters in the halloumi stack was extremely poor and had a sour taste. Found 2 hairs in our food as well but did not report to cafe as we were in a rush. Would not return!"
"Great tasty breakfast at a cute little spot in Ipswich. Coffee was well made, not burnt almond milk went well in it. Ipswich is seriously lacking in decent cafe options and I hope this place keeps up the good work so we have somewhere nice to go that is close to home."
