"I'd give a zero if I could. Staff yelled at customers in the carpark just trying to cross the carpark to the footpath. Yelled at my kids who were walking so carefully and well behaved at the time. We were about to go in but decided to go elsewhere instead even though it was an extra drive. The language used was not appropriate for kids, support worker with us even commented on the interaction. On our way back out of the centre we saw the same lady in a confrontation with an older lady who was trying to use the disabled parking bay. I'm not sure that policing pedestrians and car parking bays is a part of the lease agreement with the centre."
"The staff training at this store must be exceptional. If you happen to wander down an aisle with a staff member in it stocking the shelves or just tidying up their first reaction is to say hi and ask you how your day's going...followed by 'is there anything I can help you with'? It just makes for such a pleasant experience...they make you feel like they're glad you stopped by instead of the usual you're holding me up from something I'd rather be doing. Complementary to the awesome staff the store is always well stocked and clean and shopping there is always just a feel good experience."
