"They need to improve the process of ordering platters from the deli! The online ordering is not working, I went to the shop to order and the lady who helped us “book” our order forgot to do so! Come pick up time/day and no order to pick up!! I ordered a few more items from other shops that day and all of them delivered except woollies."
"5-Star Service from Jack! Yesterday I was served by Jack (on the registers), he was a breath of fresh air from what I’ve come to expect from big supermarkets. He was upbeat, friendly, warm & engaging - went above & beyond in his role at the check outs. He made my shopping experience less ‘clinical’. I really appreciated his customer service (and the efforts he went to with his costume). Really hope this feedback is passed onto him as he is doing a great job!"
