"I would like to commend Prab for going above and beyond with truly impeccable customer service and after sales support, even lending advice when I have had questions since the sale. Prab knew that I was keen to ride away that day so as I was out he finalised the registration and prepared my bike, then gave me a very unexpected call offering to stay back after closing and wait with my bike for me to return. He stayed back almost two hours to hand me the keys, take me through the basics and even made sure I got to the nearby Bunnings carpark to practice on the bike before heading out. He even checked that I got home okay, as I'd decided to ride home in very wet weather."
