"Very bad customer service: bought a pair of shoes and the next day same pair of shoe was $10 cheaper. Was there try to get the price adjustment since the shoe is still lying in the box unworn. The salesgirl making comment like now I know you want to get the price difference refunded, it is like we giving you free money.( excuse me?! I paid for it)Then she called manager to confirm if she can do it, she came back with opening sentence: we can do it this time, but if I see you in this store again……..oh my gosh sounds like threats to me. So I refunded shoes, they do have a policy can refund unworn shoes within 30 days. Horrible experience"
