"I ordered a pair of crocs online, the order says size 10 (which is the size I wanted), however when received they are a size 11 - too big. I’ve been trying to get a response from the online help portal for nearly 2 weeks now. This seems to a never-ending circular process of me logging a request only to be told to wait 1-2 business days, receiving no response, I try again. I have also tried the online chat portal, after 30-45 seconds it kicks me off and sends me an email saying sorry we missed your chat, why don’t you go over to the help portal. 1/10, would not buy from this company again."
