"Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. First incident: I go in expressing my Riley jeans are faded after one wash. She advises me to “have a go” at re dying them. Second incident: I receive a faulty item from online. I was advised to take in store for refund. Store girl tells me store policy is only a credit note. No, love. Australian law is refund for faulty items regardless of whether it’s sale or not. She calls me the next day to let me know Manager has repeated her idiocy. Online were much more competent at their jobs and issue is now sorted (as it should’ve been by Garden City) Never shopping there again. Not worth the money at all."
