"Long story but short cut they bad over the phone hard to understand, I changed my direct debit account from credit card to bank account, I checked my app the put completely different account number then the send me email saying that my account bounced I paid them with credit card over the phone then they emailed me agin saying your life insurance policy is not up to date then they said your accident cash policy is not up to date they called trying to explain to them I I paid over the phone she was so rude doesn't wants to understand then I hang up on her"

"Recently, I had some issues with the premiums, dropped by to seek advice. My first visit with other staff was not excellent until I was served by Mr Qi in my subsequent visits. Qi was very attentive and listened to the issues carefully and provided detailed advice and options that I can make. In fact he went above and beyond by contacting the HQ, ensure my policy doesnt lapse and ensure I obtain the benefits that I am entitle to. Highly recommend Qi for the professionalism, positive attitude and genuine care for customer. Keep up the good work."

"Basically time wasting. According to the website I can get claim at the centre, but they just scan documents for me and send to HCF, which I can do it at home."

"I am a new HCF member joining this year and find it very difficult to make a claim, I live in Tasmania where there are no offices. I have twice spoken to a representative of HCF asking for claim forms to be sent to me as I do not like doing it online and have not received these forms. I have just been on the phone again and another offer has been made to send me forms and I just have to hope I receive them. If this is going to be too difficult to arrange I will have to find another health fund."
