"I recently visited Laser Clinics Australia for BBL sun spot laser removal on my face and while the staff's friendliness was appreciated, I must express my disappointment with the overall outcome. After spending just under $900, I was disheartened to discover 2 1/2cm bald spots on both sides of my hairline that still have not shown regrowth 3 weeks later when I put my hair up. These bald spots are highly noticeable. When I inquired about the possibility of my hair regrowing and if they had any solutions to promote hair growth, I was met with the unsettling response that the bald spots were covered by the waiver I had signed. It's disheartening to feel that my concerns were not taken seriously and that there's no willingness to rectify their mistake. While the intention was to eliminate sun spots, the trade-off of trading them for prominent bald spots is disappointing. For the price paid and the expectation of quality work, I had hoped for a more satisfactory outcome."

"I’ve had 8 times of my laser and today I finally got a staff called Alline that does it so well and so thorough! I was treated respectfully throughout the whole care and she kept asking if I’m comfortable. And the main thing is she does it thoroughly not just for killing the work time. The time she spent doing the whole 3 laser spots on me was doubled compared to the person I normally got. She only works weekends so I never saw her as my appointment was always Tuesday. Good laser care with particular staffs!"
